Celebrations from April 17 to 20, 2025 in Los Alcázares

From April 17 to 20, the town of Los Alcázares will become an epicenter of history, culture and entertainment with the celebration of its emblematic Berber raids in the Mar Menor. This festival, one of the most anticipated by both residents and tourists, will transport attendees back to medieval times through a vibrant program packed with activities for all ages.

What can we find in the Berber raids of Los Alcázares?

For four days, the town's urban center will be transformed into an authentic historical setting, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the medieval atmosphere. One of the main attractions will be the extensive medieval market, that will count with more than a kilometer and a half travel and will bring together more than 200 craft stallsThere, attendees can purchase a wide variety of products, from perfumes and leather goods to sweets, jewelry, footwear, and ceramics, among others.

The traditional activities of the Barbary Raids will once again take center stage, with iconic events such as the Lighting of the Flame, the Barbary Landing, medieval tournaments and the eagerly awaited Grand Parade. These historical representations will allow attendees to relive the exciting episodes that marked the history of the region.

Activities with guest artists for the whole family

For the little ones, a wide range of children's activities has been designed, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy the festivities. In addition, The festive camp at the Los Alcázares Sports Center will be the epicenter of live music., with performances by three great artists and musical groups. Muchachito Bombo Infierno, Orquesta La Mundial, and Orquesta Maxims will be in charge of putting the finishing touches to each day with spectacular concerts that promise to thrill everyone in attendance.

The Los Alcázares City Council is already finalizing all the details to welcome thousands of visitors and offer them an unforgettable Holy Week. The combination of history, culture, music, and tradition will make the Berber Raids once again consolidate their position as a one of the most iconic festivities of the Mar Menor.

With a varied and attractive program, this celebration is shaping up to be one of the essential events for those looking for a different experience during Holy Week.
