Terms and conditions of participation in the raffles and prizes

The legal bases, terms and conditions for participation in the daily drawings and special prizes for the 2025 Tapas and Cocktail Route in Los Alcázares are detailed below:

1 – Object

These terms and conditions govern participation in the daily raffles and the special raffle organized within the framework of the gastronomic event "Ruta de la Tapa y el Cocktail" (hereinafter, the Event).

2 – Organizer

The organizer of the event and responsible for the draws is the Los Alcázares City Council, with CIF P3004500I and registered office at Avenida de La Libertad, 40, in Los Alcázares 30710.

3 – Duration

• Daily drawings will take place between September 19 and September 28, inclusive.
• The special drawing will be held after the Event concludes, among all participants who meet the requirements established in the section.

4 – Participation

 All natural persons who:

• Be over 18 years old.
• Participate in the Event by consuming at any of the participating establishments.
• Comply with the participation mechanics described in section 5.

Owners of participating establishments and employees of the establishment itself are excluded from participation.

5 – Participation mechanics

 5.1 Daily draws

1. To participate in the daily drawing, participants must upload a story to their personal Instagram or Facebook profile, directly or indirectly showcasing the tapa or cocktail they are enjoying at one of the participating establishments.
2. The publication must comply with the following requirements:
   • Mention @restauranteslosalcazares.
   • Include the hashtag #RutaDeLaTapa.
3. The style, format, and creativity of the publication are completely free, provided that the above requirements are met.
4. Each eligible story will entitle you to one entry in the current day's drawing. You can participate as many days as you like during the Event.
5. Entries do not carry over to subsequent days; each drawing is independent and runs daily.

5.2 Special prize

1. To participate in the drawing for the Special Prize, riders must have uploaded at least 15 valid drink tickets to the participation platform enabled throughout the Event.
2. The system will verify the validity of the tickets before confirming participation in the special drawing.

6 – Raffles and prizes

6.1 Daily draws: One prize will be awarded daily, according to the following schedule:

Among all participants who have uploaded 15 or more tickets to the platform, a Special Prize will be drawn: a trip for two people (voucher for two people, accommodation and breakfast, two nights for €200 VAT included, to stay at any hotel in the Ibersol chain (excluding July and August) other dates subject to availability. Available destinations: Sitges, El Vendrell, Malgrat de Mar, Sa coma (Mallorca), Almuñécar, Torremolinos, los Alcázares and Salou.

• This draw will take place at the end of the Event.

Conditions common to all prizes:

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The prizes are personal and non-transferable.

7 – Selection of winners

• A winner will be randomly selected each day from that day's valid entrants.
• The Special Prize draw will take place at the end of the Event.
• The winner will be contacted via the social media platform or email address used in their entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be declared void or reassigned to a substitute.

8 – Data protection

The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations for the purpose of managing participation in the sweepstakes.

9 – Responsibilities

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Cancel any participation that you consider fraudulent.
• Modify the conditions of the draw due to force majeure, without prejudice to the rights acquired by the participants.

10 – Acceptance of the bases

Participation in the sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
